Real Doctor Reacts to SCRUBS | Medical Drama Review | Doctor Mike

12:01
This is the one you've all been asking for. Scrubs. Ever since I started my medical training in 2007 all of my friends have been telling me that I MUST watch the TV show Scrubs but for some reason, I was always a little hesitant to start it. Maybe because I looked at medicine as a serious field, it didn't make sense to watch a comedy about it. Well, now I am taking your advice and watching the first episode ever of the medical drama. Although I think this show is less of a medical drama is more of a medical comedy or satire. I can see why many medical professionals enjoy this show because working many hours in the hospital system can leave you feeling frustrated at times, Now, as far as my opinion goes I have to be honest. This show is not as appealing to me as it is for most of my friends. I feel like they take easy shots at medicine and exaggerate a lot for the sake of humor (especially Zach Braff ) Not sure why, but the humor didn't land for me that often. I also think I would probably need to watch a few more episodes as the pilot is rarely the best one. Also, Zach Braff irritates me just a little a bit in his acting. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this episode of Real Doctor Watches Scrubs / Real Doctor Reacts to Scrubs. If you want me to continue making this medical drama review series please like the video and leave me a comment on which tv drama show or episode you'd like for me to review next. Love you all! Doctor Reacts to HOUSE M.D #2. | "Three Stories" | Medical Drama Review

17:21
I know how much you guys love Dr. Gregory House, so I decided to dig through the comments sections and find out which episode you wanted me to watch. The episode "three stories" kept popping up with a lot of upvotes. I didn't get any background behind the story of the episode and I just sat down and watched it. Now I didn't know it was going to be such a complicated episode to review as it bounced back and forth between three situations. So to simplify we decided to completely remove one of the three patient simulations as we felt it didn't add much to the story and just made it. more complicated for you to follow. I wish I knew this was the episode that went on to explain what is wrong with House's leg because then maybe I would've saved it for a later review. But I guess its good for me to know for further episodes anyway. I will say this about Dr. House. I think he is a kind guy that comes off brash almost on purpose to be a better doctor. You can totally sense throughout the episodes that I've watched that he is still angry for his decision made in this episode. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this episode of Real Doctor Watches House MD / Real Doctor Reacts to House MD . How To Make Sugar Rockets

05:54
How to make hobby rocket “sugar motors” using sugar and kitty litter, that shoot up over 2,300 feet high, and cost less than $0.50 to make. Some quick links to a few of the materials I used: Screw lock sugar rockets [✓] 12” x 3/4” PVC sprinkler riser: http://amzn.to/2cH4URc [✓] Spectricide stump remover: http://amzn.to/2bXudia [✓] Powdered sugar: http://amzn.to/2bXsTfe [✓] Uncented kitty litter: http://amzn.to/2cG52NZ [✓] Magic bullet: http://amzn.to/2cG5Gen Part 2: (Redneck Rocketry) https://goo.gl/n8d4an Endcard Links: Green Slime: https://goo.gl/y277NW Magic Mud: https://goo.gl/5dtyXP Fancy Napkins: https://goo.gl/V4hb6s Glycerin Soap: https://goo.gl/TJEKPz See What Else I’m Up To: Instagram: https://goo.gl/C0Q1YU Facebook: http://bit.ly/FBTheKingOfRandom Pinterest: http://bit.ly/pingrant Business Inquiries: For business and sponsorship inquiries please contact us directly: http://www.youtube.com/thekingofrandom/about WARNING: Rockets are not toys, and this project really should not be duplicated. This video is mainly for educational and demonstrational purposes. If you’re going to attempt it anyway, I highly suggest contacting local rocket clubs to become familiar with local laws, and how to stay out of trouble with the FAA, and avoid hurting any people or property. Playing with unstable rocket motors could result in serious injury, property damage and/or legal ramifications. Use of this video content is at your own risk. You should be aware that misuse, or careless use, of rocket propellants or ignition of an incendiary or explosive material may not be legal in your area. Check local laws and inquire with local rocketry clubs on how to safely make and launch sugar rockets. Music By: Scott & Brendo (“Reverie” - Instrumental) http://bit.ly/ScottBrendoiTunes Project Inspired By: 4 years of testing and experimenting with sugar rockets, and recently a lot of influence from the book “Easy PVC Rockets” by Jason Smiley. (http://bit.ly/IBEasyPVCRockets) If you check out the link, please share the love and let Jason know that Grant Thompson sent you. :) Thank you! My friend NightHawkInLight also has an awesome video on a different method of making a cored rocket with black powder. You can see that here: http://bit.ly/IBBPCoredRockets Project History & More Info: After making my video on Homemade Rocket Fuel (http://bit.ly/DIYRocketFuel) I had a lot of requests on how I built the one that launched at the end of the video. Although that rocket motor worked very well, I wanted to get the process down to a science before making a video about it. This project video shows a slightly different approach to the sugar motor using the same ingredients, and a demonstration of how the rocket motor performs. The main difference is that this is rammed powder as opposed to caramelizing the sugar mix. Sugar rockets are the slowest burning of all rocket fuels, and it's highly unlikely that PVC will explode when using kitty litter plugs and sugar for the propellent. In all my destructive testing, and controlled attempts to get one to fail catastrophically, the PVC was never damaged. All that would happen is that the plugs would blast out. Saying that, I wouldn't use PVC with black power rockets. That is a different story altogether. These motor blasted up over 2,300 feet high without any payload, which has been very consistent with all the motors I made for the project video. Some people wonder how I was able to measure it at 2,300 feet high. It's a rough guess based on my raw video footage. I was able to detect the apogee of the rocket by a timed delay mix showing the arch, then measuring the time from apogee to impact. It was just about 12 seconds exactly, and I entered that into a gravity calculator for falling objects (http://www.gravitycalc.com/) and got a result of 706 meters, which is 2,316 ft. Although the project video shows step-by-step how to build the motors, I would caution anyone wanting to make one to take precautions. These are not toys. They can light things on fire, and fall down on peoples heads, which I imagine could cause serious injury. You may need permits, or only be able to launch these on special experimental launch days with local rocketry clubs. My launch was out in the middle of the dessert, miles and miles away from any people, property and anything flammable. Safety precautions were in place in case anything went wrong. Having said that, I’m very proud of how these little motors perform, and amazed at how cheaply they can be made. To see how to add a time delay mix and parachute ejection charge, make sure to watch part 2 (Redneck Rocketry) http://bit.ly/RedneckRocketry

Real Doctor Reacts to CHICAGO MED | Medical Drama Review | Doctor Mike

13:12
Next up on the medical drama review series is Chicago Med. I know that the series has multiple shows airing simultaneously like Chicago p.d. and Chicago fire, so this gave me hope that the Chicago Med will be pretty good since they have experience in making these types of shows. Chicago Med is surprisingly fresh. It had all the attributes of a quality medical drama. Unique medical conditions that inherently bring drama to the screen. Solid actors and actresses. Good character development, without that much romantic drama. Although I'm sure it will come in the later episodes (please correct me if I'm wrong). This show pleasantly surprised me and left me wanting to watch another episode. Basically, the question I am answering in this description is how accurate is Chicago Med. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this episode of Real Doctor Watches Chicago Med / Real Doctor Reacts to Chicago Med . Are ghost ships real? - Peter B. Campbell

05:01
View full lesson: http://ed.ted.com/lessons/are-ghost-ships-real-peter-b-campbell Please note: we are currently working on a fix for an error spotted in the video. The error relates to the behavior of the water filling the hole in the Mary Celeste's hull. The water would reach equilibrium with the outside water level, not cease filling at the hole. We thank you for your patience as we work on a fix. In 1884, the British steamer “Rumney” crashed into the French ship “Frigorifique.” Seeing their ship filling with water, the French crew climbed aboard the “Rumney.” But as they sailed towards port, a silent form emerged from the fog – the abandoned “Frigorifique,” seemingly back for revenge. So what happened? Peter B. Campbell investigates the fascinating phenomenon of ghost ships. Lesson by Peter B. Campbell, animation by Zedem Media.

When is it right to say “the dog and me” and when should it be “the dog and I”? Does it even matter? Andreea S. Calude dives into the age-old argument between linguistic prescriptivists and descriptivists — who have two very different opinions on the matter. Lesson by Andreea S. THE SEX TALK

Thank you :) I made this video because I never had 'the talk' and instead "learned" everything about sex through the Internet and society as a whole. In short: I had a pretty unhealthy and ill-informed understanding of sex, sexualities and sexism. I also look at my audience and see a lot of young adults and teenagers who, much like I was, are in need of a little education. When a third of women are sexually assaulted in their lifetimes it means at least 1 in every 9 of my subscribers will face sexual abuse at some point. I simply don't feel comfortable just ignoring a statistic like that when I potentially have the ability to inform people at potentially stop even ONE instance of sexual assault, rape, bullying, unwanted pregnancy, shame and overall ignorance.
