For the full recipe and to shop online for ingredients, click here: http://www2.woolworthsonline.com.au/Shop/Recipe/3357?name=gingerbread-scrabble-biscuits Ingredients: 90g unsalted butter, softened 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup golden syrup 1 3/4 cups gluten-free plain flour 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp Select Ground Ginger 1 tsp Select Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Select Ground Cloves 1/4 tsp Select Ground Nutmeg 300g Orchard White Icing 1/4 cup pure icing sugar 1 tube Queens Dark-chocolate Writing Icing Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 180 degree celsius. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl until pale and creamy. Stir in egg and syrup. Sift flour, bicarbonate of soda and spices together. Gradually beat into butter mixture to combine. 2. Divide dough in half. Roll out 1 portion between 2 sheets of baking paper until 5mm thick. Remove top sheet of paper and transfer bottom sheet, with dough, to a tray. Using a small knife, mark 3cm-square pieces onto dough, without cutting. Bake for 8-10 minutes until firm. Remove from oven and cut into pieces. Cool. Repeat with remaining dough. 3. Roll out icing until 3mm thick. Cut into squares, slightly smaller than gingerbread pieces. Mix icing sugar and 1 tbs of water in a jug. Brush icing squares with icing-sugar mixture and attach to gingerbread. Use writing icing to add letters and set aside to dry for at least 2 hours.

Triple ginger cheesecake Prep:15 mins Plus overnight chilling Easy Serves 6 - 8 Ingredients 200g ginger biscuits 100g unsalted butter 400g full-fat soft cheese 50g icing sugar juice ½ lemon 1 tsp ground ginger 100g Greek yogurt 50g crystallised ginger, chopped roasted rhubarb or other seasonal fruit, for the topping Method 1.Whizz together the biscuits or crush in a sealed bag until you get fine crumbs. Gently melt the butter, then mix into the crumbs. Press evenly into a 20cm loosebottomed round cake tin. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling. 2.Put the remaining ingredients into a food processor and whizz until smooth. Spread over the base, then smooth the top with a knife. Leave in the fridge overnight to set. Remove the cake from the tin and top with roasted rhubarb (recipe, below) or your choice of fruit Triple ginger cheesecake

Perhaps it's common where you are, but in the UK we rarely use sweet potatoes outside the savoury world... but this is one of those dishes that may make you look again at the usefulness of this humble vegetable. How to make jam - Homemade Homemade Strawberry Jam: How to make... ------------------------------------------------- Music: Colorful Spots - Nicolai Heidlas Music https://youtu.be/PH8w5ETzzhU -------------------------------------------------- Best basic homemade strawberry jam recipe: 1kg Strawberries 1 Lemon 1kg Jam Sugar with extra pectin Method: Right, first things first. Make sure you have a clean safe environment to start and don't forget to wash your hands. Cut the strawberries in half or quarters depending on size, pour these into a large bowl and add the juice of 1 lemon. Mix and squeeze the fruit together to help it break it down. Heat in a pan on a low heat to soften, add the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved, boil steadily for a further 5 to 6 minutes. To test if the jam is ready, spoon some onto a small plate and cool for a minute, push your finger through to see a ripple effect. As soon as it hits this point, take it away from the heat and let it cool for at least 10 minutes (20 would be better). This is just me making up a recipe with the ingredients I have in the pantry and fridge. I make up all my recipes like this, 95% of the time they turn out amazingly and sometimes they don't! This was an almost perfect slice but I would say to NEVER USE GUTEN FREE FLOUR YUCK!!! It tasted nice when eating it all together but then I tasted the biscuit base alone and it was sooooo chalky. That rice flour is a no goo. If I had used normal, plain flour this would of been much better. Also I roughly followed a recipe for the chocolate topping, and yeah that didn't turn out too good, but I made it work. I would say the caramel was 100% perfect so if you take anything from this video, take that caramel layer recipe. I made this video a bit differently, hope you like it!
