Hillary was raised in a suburb of Illinois where she attended public school and was raised a Methodist by her parents. She attended Wellesley College, and went on to study law at Yale. After attending Yale Law School, she went to work for the Children’s Defense Fund, going door to door in New Bedford, Massachusetts. After serving as a lawyer for the Congressional Committee investigating President Nixon, she moved to Arkansas where she taught law and ran legal clinics representing poor people. She co-founded Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families, one of the state’s first child advocacy groups. As First Lady under President Bill Clinton, Hillary tenaciously led the fight to reform our health care system so that all our families have access to the care they need at affordable prices. Hillary led the U.S. delegation to Beijing to attend the UN Fourth World Conference on Women and gave a groundbreaking speech, declaring that “human rights are women's rights and women's rights are human rights once and for all”—inspiring women worldwide and helping to galvanize a global movement for women’s rights and opportunities. Hillary was then elected to the U.S. Senate, becoming the first woman senator from New York. She repeatedly worked across the aisle to get things done, including working alongside Republicans after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. When Congress wouldn't do enough for rural areas and small towns, Hillary didn’t back down. She launched innovative partnerships with the tech industry and provided support to local colleges and small businesses. When President Obama asked Hillary to serve as his secretary of state, she answered the call to public service once again. She was a forceful champion for human rights, internet freedom, and rights and opportunities for women and girls, LGBT people and young people all around the globe. Now she’s running for President because everyday Americans need a champion and she wants to be that champion. ABOUT THE HILLARY CLINTON YOUTUBE CHANNEL Welcome to Hillary Clinton’s YouTube Channel. Hillary Clinton: What Happened In 2016 Election

09:07
You’re not gonna be shocked by who Hillary Clinton blames for her 2016 loss. Cenk Uygur discusses leaked excerpts from Hillary Clinton new book 'What Happened.' Take our poll here: https://tytnetwork.com/lost/ Read more here: https://www.mediaite.com/online/hillary-throws-shade-at-bernie-sanders-in-book-fundamentally-wrong-about-the-democratic-party/ "Hillary took aim at Sanders for “impugning” her character during the primary, which she believed ultimately helped Donald Trump win in the election. “Because we agreed on so much, Bernie couldn’t make an argument against me in this area on policy, so he had to resort to innuendo and impugning my character,” she wrote. “When I finally challenged Bernie during a debate to name a single time I changed a position or a vote because of a financial contribution, he couldn’t come up with anything. Nonetheless, his attacks caused lasting damage, making it harder to unify progressives in the general election and paving the way for Trump’s ‘Crooked Hillary’ campaign.” Clinton expressed appreciation for the Vermont Senator for campaigning for her during the general election, but she also expressed her frustration that he himself wasn’t a Democrat to begin with and accused him of not necessarily wanting a Democrat to win the White House. “But he isn’t a Democrat- that’s not a smear, that’s what he says,” she continued. “He didn’t get into the race to make sure a Democrat won the White House, he got in to disrupt the Democratic Party.”* Hosts: Cenk Uygur Cast: Cenk Uygur *** The Largest Online News Show in the World. DONALD TRUMP'S DAY OF REVENGE

03:14
Revenge played a huge factor in the 2016 presidential campaign, and for Trump, the ultimate revenge was becoming the most powerful man in the world. It never was about Trump versus Hillary Clinton, for Trump was running against Obama. Trump won because he promised to largely undo most everything Obama did as president. Think back to the year 2011 and the annual White House Correspondents Dinner. At that dinner, Trump was strategically seated at the center of the ballroom, perfectly situated so that all 2,500 lawmakers, movie stars, journalists, and politicos in attendance could easily see him. But as soon as the plates were cleared and the program began, it became agonizingly clear why a private citizen was seated there: DONALD TRUMP WAS TO BE ROASTED AND RIDICULED BY PRESIDENT OBAMA AS PUNISHMENT FOR DEMANDING DETAILS INTO HIS PLACE OF BIRTH. Obama used his time on stage that night to pummel Trump with one punchline after another, and the longer the night went on, the more conspicuous Trump’s glower became. Throughout Obama’s attack, Trump didn’t offer a self-deprecating chuckle, or wave warmly at the cameras, or smile with the practiced, good humor of aristocrats and A-listers who know that they must never allow themselves to appear threatened by a joke at their expense. Instead, Trump just sat there, stone-faced, stunned, and simmering. Obama did himself in that night. He selfishly chose petty vengeance (over the birth certificate controversy), because of an incident he perceived as racist. Obama proved to everyone of his vanity. He wanted to be thought of as “the coolest kid in the room”. What’s most remembered today is the spectacle of our current president using the platform at a major, light-hearted event to publicly take down a man by attacking his ego to his face and to the laughter of a crowd that Obama fit into and Trump didn’t. It was one of the more graceless things Obama has done while serving as president.

Who's To Blame For Hillary Clinton's Loss?

17:13
Corporate media is racking their collective brains to figure out who’s fault the election was. Hint: It starts with an “H” and ends with an “illary Clinton." Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below. http://tytnetwork.com/join “Voting in America is over. Donald Trump has emerged victorious over Hillary Clinton and will become the 45th President of the USA. Early signs as to how this unexpected result occurred can be seen in demographic exit poll data, with Clinton doing worse than expected among women, Hispanic voters and African Americans. By comparing Clinton's performance to Obama's in 2012 it is easy to see that she failed to appeal to a number of key voter groups. Groups that it was predicted she would have more support from. Donald Trump's problems with women have been well documented in the media. He has consistently made derogatory remarksagainst women, calling some "dogs" and "slobs". At the beginning of October a tape of Trump apparently celebrating sexual assault in a conversation with Billy Bush was released by the Washington Post. It led to a series of allegations against Trump as women came forward to speak out, causing his polling numbers to slump. This was thought to have helped to drive women to vote for Clinton, with some polls showing a double-figure divide between men and women's support for the presidential candidates.”* Read more here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/11/09/hillary-clinton-failed-to-win-over-black-hispanic-and-female-vot/ Hosts: Cenk Uygur Cast: Cenk Uygur *** The Largest Online News Show in the World. Mass Exodus From Democratic Party - Proof of Election Rigging by Hillary Clinton Team

14:44
Hundreds of thousands of voters have reported problems with their voter registrations in many states somehow 91% of these reports are from Bernie Sanders supporters. Voters are reporting issues with their registrations being dropped, their party being changed, or receiving the wrong ballot that doesn’t let them vote for president in the primary. On top of all of that, mainstream media has admitted to planning to call the nomination for Hillary Clinton hours before the polls in California even close. In California, 75 percent of non-partisan voters who requested a mail-in ballot received a “No-Party Preference” ballot. These ballots don’t let them vote in the presidential primary. These voters would have to mail in to request a party preference ballot to actually vote. the US Department of Justice is conducting an official investigation due to widespread complaints of election fraud and voter suppression. In June with 41 states having their primary elections UN Electoral Assistance Division (EAD) says that the integrity of "the electoral process in the US has been compromised in order to place an undemocratically chosen candidate in power, and points out the massive discrepancies between exit polls and official results" The U.S. State Dept. says that a discrepancy in exit polls of more than 2% indicates fraud, we have had discrepancies outside of that margin in at least 16 of the state primaries all the way up to a discrepancy of 23%. These discrepancies have only happened in one of our political parties and they have all been in favor of one candidate. Multiple major universities have calculated that in order to get our current results without election fraud, the odds would be 1 in 70 billion. I asked why is it that almost every single exit poll would show Bernie Sanders leaving by a greater margin then election results"as the exit polls for both parties are conducted on the same day in the same prefix with the same interviewers and use the same methodologies" In my home state of Arizona Voter had to wait up to 6 hours in line to vote In Maricopa County our most populous county , polling locations were reduced 70 percent — from 200 polling places to only 60 — since 2012. This left one polling place for every 21,000 voters. As a result, the Maricopa County voters who managed to stay waited for up to six hours to cast their ballots. People were fainting to vote. From the start the corporate media gave Bernie Sanders little media coverage painting him as a socialist when if you look at his actual  platform he more resembles the new deal democrats like FDR and Eisenhower. There's a big reason why these big multi nation corporations don't want Bernie in office Bernie doesn't owe them favors for their campaign contributions like Clinton does and his platform will dig into their profits. On CNN Clinton received over 70000 mentions to Bernie's 42,000 on FOXNews he received 28,000 to Clinton's 71,000 There was even an article published that shows the Google searches were favoring positive Hillary statements Googles doesn't complete auto-complete searches for “Hillary Clinton crimes” or “Hillary Clinton indictment.” Those same suggestions do appear on Microsoft’s Bing search engine, Which suggest google was hiding search results that could negatively affect her campaign. Super delegates Sanders trounced Hillary Clinton in the Wyoming primary by 12 points, 56 to 44 percent. But thanks to super delegates clinon picks up 11 delegates and Bernie picks up 7. How is that fair democracy? • 11 of 16 superdelegates in Minnesota are supporting Clinton, even though Sanders won the state’s March caucus by a 62-38 margin. • While Sanders blew Clinton out of the water by a 73-27 margin in Washington State, Clinton has 10 of 16 superdelegates. Sanders has zero. • All nine superdelegates in Rhode Island have committed to supporting Hillary Clinton, even though Bernie Sanders won the State by a 12-point margin.

Donald Trump vs. Hillary Clinton -- 2016 Election Breakdown

43:13
The rise of Donald Trump and the subsequent division within the Republican Party are explored with Kurt Schlichter, senior columnist at Townhall.com. We look at some of Trump’s proposals and examine how he would implement them if elected president. We also look at Trump’s views on immigration, his many racist supporters and the recent controversy surrounding his fundraiser for veterans as we break down why his policies resonated so much with voters in 2016. Finally, we look at some of Hillary Clinton’s policies and preview a Clinton vs. Trump general election matchup, in this uncensored episode of Media Mayhem hosted by Allison Hope Weiner. GUEST BIO: Kurt Schlichter is a successful trial lawyer based in the Los Angeles area representing companies and individuals in matters ranging from routine business cases to confidential Hollywood and entertainment industry disputes and transactions. A member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have won trial verdicts in excess of $1 million, his litigation strategy and legal analysis articles have run in such legal publications such as the Los Angeles Daily Journal and California Lawyer. After college, Kurt enlisted in the United States Army and received his commission as a second lieutenant through the Army Officer Candidate School. While stationed in West Germany, Kurt was deployed to Operation Desert Storm when he served in the conflict as a platoon leader. After leaving active duty, he joined the California Army National Guard and served in a variety of command and staff positions for over two decades. Colonel Schlichter wears the silver “jump wings” of a qualified paratrooper and commanded the elite 1st Squadron, 18th Cavalry Regiment. Clinton Supporters Agree With Donald Trump Quotes

03:03
Secretary Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have very different views on just about everything. Jimmy always wonders about whether people are really paying attention to those issues or not. For the most part, he thinks it doesn’t matter what a candidate says, it just matters which candidate says it. To put this theory to the test, we asked diehard members of Team Hillary if they agreed with some stuff Hillary has said. But the quotes we asked about were not from Hillary, they were actually quotes from Donald Trump. So will these Democrats agree with Donald Trump? Why Hillary Clinton Endorsed Peter Daou's New "Media Platform"

16:11
Recently Hillary Clinton endorsed a new "media platform" from Peter Daou, Cenk Uygur tells you why. Tell us what you think in the comment section below. https://tytnetwork.com/join/ Read more here: https://www.mediaite.com/online/what-is-verrit-the-media-platform-that-hillary-clinton-endorsed/ "Last night, Hillary Clinton endorsed a new media platform called Verrit, something a lot of people hadn’t really heard of until she did so. First off, the 65.8 million is a reference to how many votes Clinton received in the 2016 election. The Verrit Twitter account describes the site as “media for the 65.8 million” as well. Verrit was set up by Peter and Leela Daou. Peter Daou is a former Clinton adviser who has been incredibly vocal on Twitter since the election. After Clinton’s endorsement, Daou explained what Verrit is and who its audience is, saying that “Hillary Clinton’s voters… are unrepresented in the media”* Hosts: Cenk Uygur Cast: Cenk Uygur *** The Largest Online News Show in the World. 10 Reasons Why Hilary Clinton Lost the Presidential Race | leaked email Scandal | why hillary clinton lost | 2016 election | donald trump wins. People are smart enough to know this, and this could be the reason why Hilary lost. She's been shown to have a great number of supporters, and news about her always pointed out to an obvious win. They should have known that the mainstream media nowadays is one of the most hated institutions in the US. Sabotaged Campaign Documents This is one of the hurdles that Hilary had to manage in her campaign. A hacker named Guccifer 2.0 was able to hack the Clinton Foundation Server and revealed a lot of emails concerning Hilary's campaign - involving Super PACs, attacks on Ed Klein, framing Bernie Sanders, and more. It was a huge reveal on Wikileaks, and it created a lot of concern for voters. Unappealing Political Persona She is resilient, and she knows how to face her opponents. As for her shortcomings, she has a tendency to break through the glass ceiling and people know this. While she thinks she's getting it right in making a great image of herself in front of the nation, the truth is, a lot of voters don't get her personality. On the other hand, Trump could be both racist and sexist, and many are sure about this. Her Family's Share of Controversies Hilary's family has been on the media spotlight for decades, and like any other celebrity, they had their share of controversies. From the Lewinski scandal, to the Whitewater controversy - involving Bill and Hilary Clinton's investments back in the 90's, the political family had so many issues to endure and people don't seem to forget these things. Her Efforts on Terrorism Her support with the war against terrorism is clear, but Trump's statements about her might be true - her weakness and ineffectiveness might have caused the problem. While her views on immigration policies have left immigrants happy, the rest of the population thought that Trump could be right about building a huge wall down south. Actions are louder than Words Trump has been criticized mostly by what he had said in the media - like putting a great wall in the Mexican border and sexist remarks about women. Clinton on the other hand, was scrutinized for her actions - many of which were bigger issues compared to what Trump did in the past. Affiliations with the Outgoing President The outgoing president, Barrack Obama, had his citizens concerned with new policies, most of which were criticized for the lack of systematical approach and poor performance (Don't get me started with Obamacare!). If Hilary Clinton wins the election, it's like having a third Obama presidency with platforms pointing towards the last administration's agenda. People Wanted a Change in Office She deviated from what most democratic presidential candidate would do in an electoral campaign. She talked about taxes, renewable energy, and even covered a new policy in health care - what did go wrong in her campaign? Nothing! After two presidential terms under a democratic banner, people just wanted a new face in charge of running the country. Her Sights Always Aimed at Trump This is probably the biggest weakness in Hilary's campaign - she talked a lot about Trump. People are already used to how Trump makes controversial remarks - Hilary throwing jabs in most of her speeches on the other hand, is pretty alienating to some. While Trump is getting the reputation of being real, Hilary's anti-Trump tactics totally backfired. She's a Weak Candidate despite Elite Support She's unlikable - after two presidential elections, you probably realized it by now. Coupled with controversies in the past, it was a battle with the inevitable. In her campaign, she was even said to be robotic, even uncharismatic at times. With failed promises under a democratic rule, that's for two terms, Americans had enough. Hillary Campaign Ignored Bernie Supporters' Offers To Help?

10:17
After the primary was over, Bernie Sanders supporters tried to help the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Hillary camp was not interested. Cenk Uygur, host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below. http://tytnetwork.com/go "Ever since election night—when Hillary Clinton tanked and Donald Trump became the next leader of the free world—the most prominent allies and alumni of Bernie Sanders’s presidential campaign have maintained a succinct message for Team Hillary: We. Told. You. So. In the final months of the brutal and chaotic 2016 campaign, there were plenty of Democratic activists freaking out about Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania (the three states that ultimately cost the Democrats the White House) and Clinton’s fatal shortcomings there. Many of them were envoys of the Sanders camp who wanted to help fix those problems, including Clinton’s difficulties with the block of the mythical “white-working-class,” economically anxious voters who Sanders had championed during the primaries. “They fucking ignored us on all these [three] battleground states [while] we were sounding the alarm for months,” Nomiki Konst, a progressive activist and former Sanders surrogate who served on the 2016 Democratic National Committee platform committee, told The Daily Beast. “We kept saying to each other like, ‘What the fuck, why are they just blowing us off? They need these voters more than anybody.’” According to Konst and multiple other people involved with these discussions, the Clinton campaign agreed to a meeting with a cadre of Sanders surrogates during the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in July. The purpose of the meeting, which included Clinton’s national political director Amanda Rentería and Team Hillary’s progressive outreach coordinator (and former Sanders senior aide) Nick Carter, was to address the concerns many Sanders camp alums were voicing about Clinton’s strategy going into the general election against Trump. Carter declined to comment on this story.”* Read more here: http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/12/20/team-bernie-hillary-fucking-ignored-us-in-swing-states.html Hosts: Cenk Uygur Cast: Cenk Uygur *** The Largest Online News Show in the World. Why fighting an American election is more arduous than ever

03:57
Running for president isn’t what it used to be. Just hours after Hillary Clinton announced that she was joining the race for the White House in 2016, she was on the road to Iowa to hold a series of low-key, intimate meetings with ordinary voters. In the past fifty or so years, presidential campaigns have become more costly, more choreographed, and more arduous than they used to be. How did that come about? In the old days, the process was less open. Republican and Democratic bigwigs picked their parties’ nominees in smoked-filled rooms at conventions. Most states did not hold primary elections, and those that did held non-binding “beauty contests”. In 1952 Dwight Eisenhower won the Republican primary in New Hampshire without even entering it. A “Draft Dwight” campaign put his name on the ballot. He won handily. Only then did he decide to run for the White House. On the Democratic side, Adlai Stevenson skipped the primaries entirely but was picked by grandees at the party convention. In the 1960s many Americans got fed up with having cigar-puffing insiders pick their candidates. In 1968 Senator Eugene McCarthy ran for the Democratic nomination on an anti-Vietnam war platform. He won 18 times as many votes as Hubert Humphrey, the vice president, but the party picked Humphrey anyway. The Democratic convention in Chicago that year was rocked by violent protests. And Humphrey eventually lost to Richard Nixon, the Republican. Afterwards, a commission chaired by George McGovern and Donald Fraser, a senator and a congressman, recommended reform. Democratic primaries were made binding, and the Republicans soon followed suit. Before long all states started holding primaries or caucuses, and candidates were forced to pitch directly to voters. This reform made election campaigns longer. It takes time to kiss all those babies, eat all those chicken dinners with apparent relish and answer endless questions in town hall meetings. It can be grueling. Barack Obama launched his first presidential campaign 633 days before polling day in 2008 ( with a speech six times longer than the one John F Kennedy made to announce his candidacy in 1960. ) The media start now speculating about the next election almost immediately after the previous one is over. The New York Times appointed a journalist to cover Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign in July 2013. Running for president now requires an iron constitution, an unshakeable self-belief, and the ability to say things that are not quite the whole truth. For a start, candidates must convince voters of two contradictory things. That they are so exceptionally talented that they should be commander in chief. And that they are regular folks just like you. The people who vote in primaries tend to be more politically extreme than the country as a whole. So, to win a contested primary, candidates must present themselves as passionate liberals or conservatives. Then they have to tack back to the centre to woo the moderates who decide general elections. It’s a delicate manoeuvre, which most candidates fail to pull off. Still, someone has to win. And the race is just beginning.
